Hello and welcome! I'm Michele, a neurodivergent, Latina therapist on a mission to promote well-being. Together, we'll customize a toolbox addressing struggles like anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. We'll challenge negative self-talk, explore old belief systems, and create a new normal - where nothing is broken or beyond repair. Identifying strengths, we'll reinforce and build on them, gently mending those well-worn parts together.

I am an attachment-based, existential therapist who works with narrative therapy and mindfulness. I love working with couples and people with personality disorders. I believe in building upon an individual's strengths, self-acceptance, and ability to understand, trust, and communicate their feelings.
